
I’m super happy this AM! I have had an amazing week with my nutrition and this morning when I weighed myself it paid off!
I don’t expect to have 9lb weight drops every week at all! I wouldn’t recommend that actually! But I am happy that it was the case this week! I owe that to buying a food scale and tracking every single thing that goes in my mouth!
If you have weight loss or weight gain goals, track your intake! Buy a scale! It’ll help with breaking through plateaus!
Also sleeping a full 8 hours a night makes a huge difference!
I choose to keep working toward my goals today! If you have a dream or a goal in your mind, there is no moment like today to do something about it!
